I have visited personally to local  nearest service 
center of BLACKBERRY with  PHONE But those guys 
denied to even see the phone coz Its not an Indian Model,
Also they said its very old model and its a dead piece.
Its too frustating man after spending lot of money you are
giving us lot of trouble and mis behaving with us.
